Insurance Systems, Inc. (ISI), a provider of Web-based solutions for the property/casualty insurance industry, has announced the opening of its first U.S. office in Novi, Mich.
ISI has experienced significant growth in the past 18 months, resulting in the need to move the company’s 110 employees to larger facilities in Canada. Much of ISI’s recent growth has been centered around the company’s U.S. client base, which is why ISI decided to create a U.S. office that can better manage future U.S. growth and demand with an established client services presence.
“We see a great opportunity to expand our products and services to the market by opening this new office,” says David Hanley, vice president of operations and business development for ISI. “Our client base continues to grow rapidly, and we understand the importance of having a team on the ground that can offer immediate support. We plan to ramp up our U.S. staff further with highly skilled insurance professionals who will help grow our presence and serve the needs of all ISI clients.”
ISI’s U.S.-based new client services team will focus on the company’s WebWriter Enterprise, a browser-based property/casualty policy administration suite. In addition to the core processing modules for policy administration, claims, billing, accounting, and reinsurance, WebWriter Enterprise includes various supporting subsystems such as document/knowledge management, contact management, and reporting.
