Sircon Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Vertafore Inc., has announced the release of its newest Web-based compliance service, Producer
EDGE.
The service gives insurance agents, adjusters, customer service representatives (CSRs), and other insurance licensees the ability to manage their own insurance licensure and compliance online. Licensees also can track continuing education requirements against completions and remain abreast of status changes resulting from requests to each of the 50 state departments of insurance.
“Providing a tool to producers tasked with personally managing their licensing and compliance is long overdue,” says Gary Gummig, Sircon’s vice president of government services. “An individual producer has the ability to log into one online service and get the answers to the most common compliance-related questions.”
ProducerEDGE grants producers access to a variety of compliance services, including applying for and renewing licenses. Users also are provided a personalized compliance tool that makes their information available and accessible from anywhere there is Internet access from one convenient and secure online location.
