The Innovation Group, a provider of enterprise software and business process outsourcing solutions to the insurance and financial services industries, announced two appointments to the U.S. management team. The appointments of William Langley as CEO, Business Process Services, U.S. and Mark McGee as COO, Business Process Services, U.S. are part of the Innovation Group’s strategy to refresh and bolster its leadership teams globally.
Langley has over 20 years of insurance industry experience working with the top insurance carriers on improving their claims management process through collision repair and insurance estimating software solutions, analytical tools, and data.
McGee brings to Innovation Group 20 years of experience in the insurance and technology sectors, with both publically traded and private services organizations working within insurance and financial services industries.
