Insurance companies are being squeezed from all sides – increasing regulation and legislation, fluctuating consumer demands, market pressures applied from savvy competitors. Reducing costs and improving customer service can be key differentiators for insurance companies looking to beat the odds, and these considerations are not dependent on company size.

Insurers of all sizes can take advantage of improvements in claim management technology and realize near-term ROI. By understanding the functionality and capabilities that must be included, and by choosing the right vendor to work with when your company invests in an upgrade, you can come out on top. During this web seminar, insurance industry professionals can get an overview of the claims software vendor landscape, gain an understanding of standard and extraordinary capabilities, and receive guidance on best practices in vendor selection through the eyes of an independent analyst firm and a P&C carrier’s CIO.
